The property is grand, and the staff is welcoming. We enjoyed the luxurious ambiance and appreciated how well-maintained the facilities were. we felt relaxed and rested after the spa treatment we received.
The customer service team left much to be desired. the location was quite far from places we wanted to explore, making it challenging to move around.

Location, walking distance to all attractions. We appreciated the fact that we chose itc grand bharat. We recommend the hotel and staff. Nice comfy base for a city break in Manesar.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at a luxurious resort on the outskirts of Delhi. the location was perfect, nestled amidst lush greenery and well-maintained lawns. Our room was like a beautiful palace, with regal architecture and high-quality amenities. the bathroom was spacious and stocked with luxurious toiletries. the service provided by the staff was exceptional, with friendly and prompt assistance. We enjoyed a scrumptious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of cuisines. the resort also offered fantastic facilities like a private pool and spa services.
The size of the restaurants was a bit cramped, considering the overall grandeur of the hotel.

During our Easter getaway, we had a fantastic experience at this luxurious resort. The rooms were spacious with breathtaking views and a private pool that added an extra touch of luxury. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We were impressed by the wide range of dining options and the delicious desserts that left us craving for more. the location of the resort was perfect, offering a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere away from the city hustle.
There were a few aspects that we were not entirely satisfied with during our stay. We found the customer service lacking at times, especially during the check-out process.
